Raychel joined the ACLU of New Mexico team as a digital media strategist in September 2018. Raychel was born and raised in rural Oklahoma before attending the University of Oklahoma, graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Broadcasting and Social Issues.
Raychel started her first online media company as a teenager and has now worked in digital media for over 20 years. She is an Emmy Award-winning broadcast journalist as well as an award-winning photographer. Raychel is excited to bring with her the experiences she has gained to help further the cause of civil liberties in the state of New Mexico.
