Mr. Carpenter has been a New Mexico trial lawyer for thirty years, and is a recognized specialist in personal injury, products liability, and trial advocacy. David Stout joined the firm in 1987. Mr. Stout has over twenty years of civil trial experience, was the chair of the New Mexico Supreme Court committee on Uniform Civil Jury Instruction and is a member of the American Law Institute.
