Because the legislative session moves quickly, we will keep in regular touch by sending occasional updates about the status of our priority legislation via email and text. This upcoming legislative session, the fight will continue to advance civil liberties in New Mexico. We have work to do on criminal justice reform, immigrants rights, and reproductive rights. If we are going to succeed, we are going to need your help in advancing bills in all of these areas and more!

Ahead of the session, we are holding legislative advocacy trainings across the state to give you the tools to have powerful and productive conversations with legislators.

At the event, ACLU of New Mexico trainers will highlight some of the most pressing issues facing our state, and equip you with the tools you need to join the fight to reform our criminal justice system, expand reproductive choice, and ensure all people have a place in our state.

We'll also connect you to resources and a network of activists engaged in our efforts. Together, we can advance an ambitious civil liberties agenda through the legislature.
