ACLU-NM Files Lawsuit Against Former Correctional Officer who Raped and Impregnated a Woman Incarcerated at Western New Mexico Correctional Facility
Today, the ACLU of New Mexico and cooperating attorney Corinne Holt of Will Ferguson & Associates filed a lawsuit in the Second Judicial District Court on behalf of Jane Doe,* an incarcerated woman who was raped and impregnated by a former correctional officer.

ACLU Sues New Mexico Corrections Department and Western New Mexico Correctional Facility for Fostering an Environment Rife with Sexual Abuse
The of New Mexico filed a lawsuit in the First Judicial District Court against The New Mexico Corrections Department (NMCD) and Western New Mexico Correctional Facility (WNMCF) on behalf of an incarcerated woman who was sexually abused repeatedly by two correctional officers at WNMCF.
