Flyer for an event titled “Walk Together in Community” with a focus on supporting neighbors under attack from ICE. The flyer includes an image of hands holding puzzle pieces up to the sky with the caption “Where do you fit?”.

We are collaborating with our partners to host a free training session on July 26 at 4 p.m. in Mesilla Park. During this event, you will learn how to respond to the aggressive and often unlawful tactics of the Trump administration, as well as how to come together as a community when it matters most.

Hosted by NM CAFé, the New Mexico Dream Team, and Border Servant Corps, this in-person training will teach you practical ways to support your neighbors who are under threat. Experts from organizations on the ground will inform you of your rights, how to de-escalate during high-tension encounters, and how to show up as a trusted presence during immigration court hearings, ICE check-ins, and detention visits.
