Join the ACLU of New Mexico in Las Cruces for our 2019 Annual Membership Meeting for southern New Mexico! These meetings are opportunities for members of the community to get updated on our policy issues and organizing tactics and brainstorm with us on what new actions we can take to ensure that the civil liberties of all New Mexicans are being protected.
During the meeting we'll be reviewing out work over the past year and discussing what's in store for the rest of 2019 through 2020. ACLU staffers will also lead a training on how to take action locally to hold elected officials accountable during the upcoming election cycle. Members of the community can also learn how to become dues-paying members of the ACLU of NM.
This event is free and open to the public. You do not have to be a member of the ACLU of NM to attend. Dinner will be provided, so please RSVP for yourself and anyone else who may be attending with you.
